India Katrina Kaif & Hrithik Roshan in Shuddhi

Hrithik Roshan is all set to team up with his Agneepath team, Karan Johar and Karan Malhotra for their next titled Shuddhi. However, the heroine is yet to be finalized.

Rumors were that Katrina Kaif is the film’s leading lady since she shares an awesome rapport with Karan Johar and Hrithik Roshan as well.

However, the latest we hear is that since the role of the actress is that of a desi girl, Kats will not be able to do justice to the role as she has a British accent, and her ultra-glam look will not gel well with that of the desi avatar. Also, buzz is that Kats relationship with Karan Malhotra went sour while shooting for Agneepath’s item track ‘Chikni Chameli’, last year.

Meanwhile, Karan Malhotra reveals that Shuddhi will have a lot of drama and action. The director refuses to reveal any further deatils.

“It is a complete high voltage film. It’s my kind of project, so there will be lot of action and drama in the film,” says Malhotra.

It is heard that Shuddhi is based on an original story written by Karan Malhotra and his wife, Ekta.

As for Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif, they are already pairing up in director Siddharth Anand’s film Bang Bang.
