Bad news of finalization of Divorce between Demi & Ashton
How unlucky proved 2014 since loving couple decided for sepration. But Demi’s ex-husband recently proposed to Mila Kunis—and then E! News exclusively broke the news that the future spouses are now expecting their first child together—no one would blame her for being upset.
And yet, the 51-year-old actress showed no signs of distress when she attended “For the Record: Tarantino” at DBA in West Hollywood Thursday. Moore was on hand to support daughter Rumer Willis, who was just one of many artists who performed songs from director Quentin Tarantino’s films.
Moore wore an all-black ensemble. “She looked fantastic!” an eyewitness tells E! News exclusively. “She was in a great mood, proudly yet analytically watching her daughter Rumer, who was killing it.”
The cabaret show featured scenes from Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Four Rooms, Kill Bill Vols. 1 and 2, Death Proof, Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained. In addition to Rumer, other performers included The Carrie Diaries’ Lindsey Gort and Pretty Little Liars’ Janel Parrish.
Booths were arranged around the circular stage, ensuring audience members had great views. The actors used the entire room for their scenes, and wherever the actor went, the spotlight followed.
NEWS: What went wrong between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore
Rumer played Pulp Fiction’s Mia Wallace, a role made famous by Uma Thurman in the 1994 cult classic. Of course, the young star’s father, Bruce Willis, also played Butch Coolidge in the crime film. “She has such a stage presence and an amazing voice,” the eyewitness says of Rumer, 25.
Moore, no doubt, would agree with that sentiment. “Demi clapped and smiled as she watched her daughter perform. She was very relaxed in her booth. It seemed she was really enjoying herself,” the eyewitness tells E! News. “At the end of the show, Demi stood up and whistled.”
Rumer will continue to perform at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, Calif., as the show runs Thursdays-Saturdays this spring.
