ODI Cricket Series: Australia v Pakistan will start from Brisbane
Five days, Australia and Pakistan will land in Brisbane Cricket ground on January 13, 2017 (Friday)
Chris Lynn and Billy Stanlake from Australia and from Pakistan sides are not going to be on the screen tomorrow.
Australian Team has the edge of clean sweep in the recently held test series and thus placed No. 1 in the ICC ODI rankings, will go into the first game as favourites.
Australia, the ICC Cricket World Cup defending champion, looks a formidable unit, having whitewashed New Zealand in the Chappell-Hadlee series before Pakistan came calling.
Lynn will join the middle order while Stanlake will partner Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins and James Faulkner in the pace department with Josh Hazlewood having been rested.
Mohammad Irfan, the paceman, flew back after the death of his mother, while Sarfraz Ahmed, the wicketkeeper, made the journey back home because of his mother’s ill health.
From Pakistan side Junaid Khan, Sohaib Malik and Hafeez will be the 16 members squad. Pakistan has the chance to take revenge of losing test series and making place in the next world cup
