PAF Picked up Two Global Awards at UK Airshow

World professional PAF won two highest internal awards in airshow held at UK. The show from July 18 to 20, is one of the world’s largest military airshows, running for over 50 years and powers the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust. According to ISPR PAF won awards in 2006, 2016 and 2018 too, The contingent com comprising “state-of-the-art JF-17 Thunder Block-III fighter aircraft and the C-130 Hercules transport aircraft, landed at the Royal Air Force Base Fairford in the UK to participate in the prestigious” RIAT 2025, a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said. PAF also successfully refueled their aircraft in the air during flight from Pakistan to UK
PAF displayed excellent performance in ‘Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos’. It destroyed India’s S-400 air defence system in Adampur worth approximately $1.5 billion, was considered one of India’s most sophisticated defence assets. The system was acquired from Russia in 20218 . Moreover Pakistan Air force has the honour of shot down of 6 Indian Air Craft including French manufactured Rafale in 4days Indo-Pak War 2025. Though Indian ruling elite acknowledged on destruction of aircrafts but remained reluctant to disclose exact numbers, However on July 18, 2025, President Trump once again confirmed that 5 Aircrafts were shot down by PAF in the last war.
