By Zaheerul Hassan
India attacked Pakistan’s territory between 6th, 7th and 8th May 2025 night at nine places, 31 innocent civilians’ martyred and 61 people including children and women injured. In retaliation , effective and immediate response Pakistan armed forces shot down five Indian Air Force (IAF) jets, hit twenty five Israeli manufactured combat drones, and eliminated 12 Infantry brigade headquarters, 6 Mahar Battalion, and whipped out number of Indian army check posts
On 7and 8th May 25 , Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director-General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry also confirmed that all Pakistan Air Force jets are safe after engaging Indian jets. He further added that among the destroyed IAF fighter jets are three French-made Rafales, one Su30MKI and one MIG-29 Fulcrum. As per Reuters report that metal debris of Jets were seen on ground in Wuyan (India Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmiris Pulwama district) Bathinda and intense exchange of fire is ongoing along the de facto border, with the Pakistan Army engaging Indian troops’ positions.
Reportedly, till now 52 X soldiers included officers and other ranks were killed and many injured, who were deployed on various Indian Posts located along Line of Control
India is using UAV of Israeli origion namely HARPY shot down by Pakistan Air defence even in Lahore on 8th May 25. One of the purposes of launching such UAV is to carry out noisy raids (explosion in air) and panic in general public of big cities. Basically, IAF pilots are reluctant to be in air because of tremendous capability of PAF against them.
The world community condemned Indian aggression against civilian and even American President declared Indian attack as shameless act of war. Pakistan only hit military targets and avoided hitting citizens; on the other hand India since years is busy in supporting and fomenting terrorism in Balochistan and KPK. Pahalgam episode was a false flag operation, designed and staged by RAW to save probable defeat of Modi in coming Indian elections .Thus, without going into any investigation, leveling allegations against Pakistan in the said incident not understood. Recently, India sponsored BLA attack and hostage of the train and killing of innocent passengers and targeting innocent Kashmiris, women, children and people are clear examples of naked her state terrorism.
Pakistan after successfully defending and incapacitating completely Indian air and ground forces, still reserve the rights of launching offensive against Indian unprovoked aggression. Pakistan government and Armed forces representatives in various briefings and press conferences made it clear that we preserve the rights reserve to hit our opponent after selecting target and time of own choice. At the same time Israel must know that Pakistani Missile system with the nuclear payload has to capability to hit the target beyond 7000 Km.
Anyhow, further escalation of tension may convert in all-out war between two nuclear states which may encircle the complete region into war. UN and superpowers should intervene in the situation and ask India stop further aggression, restore Indus Water Treaty Immediately, stop fomenting terrorism and resolve Kashmir Issue under the light of UN resolutions.
