Salman Khan gives moral support to Sanjay Dutt
Salman Khan, who returned from The US recently, went straight to actor Sanjay Dutt’s Pali Hills residence in Mumbai to give moral support to the former, who has been sentenced to five years in jail in connection with the 1993 Mumbai blasts, that claimed 257 lives.
Salman visited the US for a medical review on his nerve disorder – trigeminal neuralgia.
Khan himself is in deep trouble following the 1998 black buck killing and the 2002 hit-and-run case. News is that the actors case hearing on April 8, which if proved, can attract a punishment of 10 years.
Salman and Dutt are known to be thick friends the industry. The two have acted together in several films and have also co-hosted the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ season 5.
Meanwhile, the past few days have seen many actors including Vidya Balan, Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Karan Johar and Suniel Shetty visit Sanjay Dutt. Many of the celebrities have also voiced their views on the conviction on Twitter.
Sanjay Dutt has been given four weeks to surrender and serve the rest of his sentence.
