Pakistan will assist Afghanistan in maintaining peace: Nawaz
Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has stated that my government will assist Afghanistan to maintain peace. He expressed this on his visist to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on Saturday where he was briefed about the foreign policy with respect to regional and international situation.
Stating Pakistan would not support any group in Afghanistan in any way, Sharif, on this occasion, said Pakistan would help Afghan government to maintain peace.
He was also briefed about the proposed Afghanistan visit of Sartaj Aziz, advisor on Pakistan’s foreign affairs and national security.
