Who targeted Col (Retd) Shuja Khanzada

Very brave leader and great soldier, Punjab Home Minister Col (Retd) Shuja Khanzada martyrdom along with DSP Hazro Shaukat Shah. 12 others killed and dozens of others injured in a suicide blast at his political office in Shadi Khan near Attock on 15 August 2015. 
He was born on 23 August in his home town Shadi Khan, completed graduation in 1966 from Islamia College Peshawar, got commission in 1967, fought 1971 war, served in intelligence set up for more than seven years, awarded Temgh-e-Baslat in 1988, served as Military Attaché in U.S.A from 1992-1994 and elected member of provincial assembly in 2002.
As Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab for monitoring of ninth and tenth Muharram-ul-Haram, he stayed with me in Circuit House Vehari. He was really a man of principal, patriotic, a fearless, honest and born leader. Currently, he took many bold actions in elimination of terrorists while implementing National Action Plan.
Meanwhile, sources in the interior ministry have claimed that that banned outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) has taken responsibility of the suicide attack on Shuja Khanzada. Recently, LeJ founder Malik Ishaq killed in ‘police encounter’
But I would like to differ it from the Interior Ministry information since he indicated the killer himself when he was alive. Many times he received direct or indirect threats the shape of SMS and calls.
In June 2015, Col. (Retd) Shuja Khanzada has stated that Indian intelligence agency RAW is involved in 90 percent of terrorism incidents in Pakistan.
While addressing the Punjab Assembly, he stressed that the Zimbabwean team manager received an SMS in Dubai ahead of Pakistan-Zimbabwe series in which he was warned of severe consequence if his team visited Pakistan. It is worth mentioned here that it was Col who directly supervised the Zimbawean Team’s tour to Pakistan.
Zimbabwe team then intimated Pakistan government regarding these messages. Tracing back of receiving the message and investigations of Pakistani supreme Intelligence Agency (ISI) clear revealed that the SMS was sent from one of the Indian intelligence official in Delhi.
In this regards while talking to media outside the assembly, Shuja Khanzada assured of taking possible steps to curb terrorism from the country.
Thus, his martyred clearly speaks that LeJ and TTP is playing in the hand of RAW (Indian Intelligence Agency).
President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif condemned this blast and brutality. They said that, Sacrifices of our brave nation and valiant heroes like Shuja Khanzada will destroy terrorist designs and they will be chased to their last hideout and eliminated with national resolve and unity.”
“The courage and valour of Shuja Khanzada is message to the masterminds of terrorists that they are bound to be defeated,”
In short Indian intelligence agency in cooperation with Afghan intelligence is involved in fomenting terrorism in Balochistan, FATA, and Karachi and through the country. Therefore, it is proved that RAW is involved in killing the great hero of Pakistan, “Col Shuja Khazada. Government of Pakistan should announce some highest award of bravery to acknowledge the sacrifice of the Col.
